very weak program
Program cannot be customized. Once you select your overall objective (ex. general fitness) it cannot be changed. The program will select a series of exercises, including, days, number of sets, rest periods, and weight. None of these can be modified. For example, if you prefer to use free weights or elastic bands instead of a machine to work a specific muscle group; you are out of luck. Change number of reps for example 4- 20-7 at varying % of one rep max - forget it. Do only one set, instead of 3 you are out of luck. Want to increase or decrease rest between sets, no way. If you have an injury you need to coddle, or work harder to correct an imbalance, you are out of luck.
